About Maureen
Maureen Cogan is one of the most fun and relaxed photographers in the industry. Her casual style perfectly captures the personalities of her clients and she receives praise for making her clients feel at ease and for the fun nature of the session after each one. Her passion to get the photos that matter most to her clients carries into every session she performs.
Her talent goes beyond photography and extends into an ability to create art from her images with creative techniques to make each client’s photos unique and a true reflection of their personality.
Maureen is a Certified Professional Photographer who started MoCoPhoto in 2000. She is a 1999 graduate of the New York Institute of Photography.
She photographs executives, candid and classic portraits of children, families and seniors.
Maureen is a member of the Professional Photographers of Greater Annapolis and the Professional Photographers of America. She has won two photography contests sponsored by New York Institute of Photography and her articles and images have appeared in Professional Photographer magazine several times.
Maureen also teaches photography classes and camps for adults and kids.
